The 2010 Midwest Gaming Classic Saturday, March 27-28 , 2010 Brookfield(Milwaukee) , WI

What is the Midwest Gaming Classic?

  • You may have heard that the Midwest Gaming Classic is an "all encompassing electronic gaming event," and you may be aware that the event features home video games, pinball machines, arcade video games and computers, but you may be wondering more about what you should expect when you come to what we call the trade show where electricity plays. I hope through this introduction, you'll get a better sense of what we have tried to make the Midwest Gaming Classic, and what it is that I believe the event is all about.
  • The Midwest Gaming Classic is about celebrating gaming. All of the main organizers of the Midwest Gaming Classic are gamers first. The show began in 2001 as a celebration of one of our favorite game consoles, and it has blossomed since then into a 28,000+ square foot gaming extravaganza that covers everything a gamer could want to know about the industry.
  • The Midwest Gaming Classic is about trying new things. No matter what you are into now, we want you to stop in and try your hand at a little bit of everything. If you like the old school games, try some of the latest ones. If you like new games, try some of the old. If you like pinball, take the time to check out the computers. And so on. The Midwest Gaming Classic will introduce you to all aspects of electronic gaming, and you'll have a lot of fun with them all.
  • The Midwest Gaming Classic is about learning things about the hobby of electronic gaming. No one knows every aspect about his or her favorite aspects of gaming. Whether you find out something new by interacting with the person that created the game or just another fan who found something neat out, if you look around, there are lots of great opportunities to learn new and exciting things about your favorite hobby.
  • The Midwest Gaming Classic is about meeting other people who share the love of electronic gaming. The event is a place where friends who chat on the internet get together to meet face-to-face for the first time; where old friends run into each other and discuss their favorite arcade game that they used to play together as kids in the arcade. Everyone can meet new friends who share a common interest.
  • Finally, the Midwest Gaming Classic is fun. This means exactly what it sounds like. If you come to the show and you enjoy any sort of electronic gaming, you will have fun playing your favorites, competing against others, hearing from people in the industry about how games are made and finding new games to purchase and play. No matter if you only have one console and a handful of games or so many different games and consoles that you lost count years ago, you'll have fun at this show.
  • I'm extremely excited about the upcoming event, and we will keep you updated with all of the happenings for the show on this web site, so make sure to sign up for the mailing list and check back often to find out all about the exciting things that will be happening at the show. Thanks for stopping by today, and make sure to say "hi" to me when you see me at the show!

Toronto Pinball & Gameroom Show & Tournament May 15-16th, 2010 Mississauga, Ontario

About The Toronto Gameroom Show

  • The Toronto Gameroom Show is now in its fourth successful year and remains the only show of its kind in Canada. Aimed at both collectors and the general public, more than 40 vendors will be selling jukeboxes, pinball machines, classic arcade video games, slot machines, soda machines, billiard tables, shuffleboards, Pachinko games, vintage 1950's diner memorabilia and other coin operated and home gameroom equipment and antiques. Parts, accessories and services will also be offered at the show. Mix in gameroom standards such as Foosball, air hockey with modern items such as Video game consoles, Big Screen Televisions, Pachislo games, surround sound systems, even MAME cabinets and hot tubs!
  • The last few years have seen an explosion in demand for these timeless items. Classic interactive coin-op equipment is disappearing from arcades, taverns and even family centers. More and more people are looking to get that pinball machine or jukebox that they always wanted. Teenagers who played the classic arcade video games in the early 1980's such as Pac-Man and Asteroids are now finally in a position to own that coveted classic game of their youth. Many people who played pinball in the 1950's to 1970's are discovering that they can find that old pinball machine that they always wanted but never knew they could have!
  • If it's for your gameroom, we have it here.
  • The 2010 Toronto Gameroom Show promises to be an exciting event for the whole family!
  • Don't want to pay to get in? Bring a game set up for free play and get free admission!
  • Just drop us an email in advance of the show to make arrangements for getting your game set up and playable for everyone at the show to enjoy! Did we mention dozens of Pinballs all set on free play?!?! That's right, we've got retro games from your youth and modern wonders for you to play. All with no quarters required. If you don't have room for a pinball in your house, you can still come down and play all day for one low admission price.
